Have you been experimenting with different ways to find deep relaxation and new states of clarity in the mind? In our so quickly changing time, where everybody has their life packed with so many details every day that there is hardly time to breath, we depend on having some tools that allow us reconnection with our higher self and a recharging of our inner batteries from source. It is a part of the cycle of giving and taking from the energies provided, that we are taking responsibility for our personal energy household, and that we are allowed to ask for help and refill from the higher vibrating fields, of the Ascended Master, the Angelic Realms and our personal spirit guides.
Don’t forget my friends, how ever much we can see in this world right now that looks like it needs to be fixed or repaired, we can’t get anything done on masculine energy only – means, action alone cant create the higher vibrating solutions, that we need right now to manifest our next steps in accordance to the divine blueprint for the Golden Age of Aquarius. In order to stay harmoniously aligned with the guidance of our higher awareness, we need also the relaxing and inspiring field of the divine feminine within; and that is the state of awareness a Yoga Nidra practice is providing us a link for.
Yoga Nidra is a yogic meditation technique and is to many people also known as the yogic sleep. It is in our awareness the fine line of consciousness, where the waking state and the sleeping state meet, similar to the feeling you have just shortly before you fall asleep. To practice the Yoga Nidra position, it is important to completely relax the physical body in a lay down position. For some people to feel comfortable in this position, it is necessary to support the neck, maybe the knees – sometimes also the lower back with a towel or a rolled up yoga mat.
In the picture above you can see the perfect position for your body to rest deeply. Let the legs fall apart, allow the hands to open towards the higher realms and make sure you feel well stretched out in your physical body. First pay attention to all the sounds and other impacts your surrounding is creating. Let yourself sink into the sound field and allow your own body to express sounds when breathing out, if doing so comes natural.
Give yourself the time to slowly sink deeper and deeper into your bodies sensory awareness, and the pleasure that comes from feeling our physical presence. Allow your energy field to extend, while you shift your awareness to consciously feel the natural rhythm of your breath.
Becoming aware of the way we breathe, helps us reconnect to our inner place of peace and that not only in our exercise, but also in the most challenging situations of everyday life!! Such a powerful – naturally build in tool – and such a divine abundance of use for the collective awakening process of humanity. If you want to know more about the effect of conscious breathing, than you find below some quotes and further details in my article “The Alchemy of Conscious Breathing – The Golden Path of Ascension”. The Yoga Nidra practice is experienced as guided meditation, so I included a youtube link for you above.
“Remember to breathe. It is after all, the secret of life.”
“Our breathing has been a friend that has accompanied us through every moment of life; it has never deserted us no matter how terrible we have felt. Friendship in itself connotes a quality of feelings that has elements of warmth, trust, and welcome. Our hearts always relax when we greet a friend.
“Your breathing should flow gracefully, like a river, like a watersnake crossing the water, and not like a chain of rugged mountains or the gallop of a horse. To master our breath is to be in control of our bodies and minds. Each time we find ourselves dispersed and find it difficult to gain control of ourselves by different means, the method of watching the breath should always be used.”
Thich Nhat Hanh
“The Tantric sages tell us that our in-breath and out-breath actually mirror the divine creative gesture. With the inhalation, we draw into our own center, our own being. With the exhalation, we expand outward into the world.”
Dear Ones, I hope you are already motivated to give this deeply profound technique a chance, whenever you are in need of relaxation the next time – think of the Nidra Yoga position. I personally have been nurtured by this field since many years now, and I feel it to be the richest sacred mother earth and most loving food source I ever experienced for my body, mind and souls development on this planet.
Love and Blessings!
